The EURAXESS Talent Circulation Platform for Institutions is a platform specifically designed to support institutions in attracting, welcoming and retaining top research talent within their environments.
The platform offers several modules, a special section and activities
The platform provides valuable guidance and best practices via three main modules:
- Attracting researchers
- Creating a welcoming environment and (re)integrating researchers
- Retaining research talent
You can also find a special ‘Talent Circulation at a Glance’ section. This section offers an overview of EU-level policies related to talent circulation. Lastly, you can find activities organised by the Talent Circulation Hub and Community of Practice. Feel very welcome to join these activities.
Your contribution is more than welcome
The platform is open to further development and our Slovakian EURAXESS colleagues invite you to contribute with additional examples of good practices. They have provided a list of examples to think about.
- Researcher’s Attraction Incentives and Initiatives (including promotion, visibility, recruitment)
- Diaspora Network Collaboration
- Alumni Network Collaboration
- Regional/local collaborations fostering institutional promotion and integration services
- Cultural and social integration measures (including welcome services, cultural courses, networking events, wellbeing)
- Career development training programmes for researchers (at various levels)
- Mentoring programmes for researchers (both academic, interdisciplinary and intersectoral)
- Professionally oriented networking/matchmaking/career events for researchers
- International projects with relevant outcomes related to the Platform
- Support staff training material/courses (open, free-of-charge resources in English) esp. on building attractive and welcoming institutional environment
- Talent circulation in general
