A new addition to the EURAXESS Startup Digital Toolkit is the EntreComp Self-Assessment tool. It is a self-reflecting online experience for aspiring scientific entrepreneurs. The tool guides you through learning paths towards success outside lab settings.
EntreComp guides users across fifteen competence assessments. After completing a competence assessment, the user will be presented with a chart, summarizing the current proficiency levels in that area. At the end of the complete assessment, the tool will present a personal development plan, highlighting the strengths and areas for improvement.
