The ResearchComp Community of Practice (CoP) is a new Europe-wide virtual network, connecting stakeholders from various sectors, involving public and private RPOs, business and industry, non-profit sector and policymakers. The CoP offers a dynamic space for professionals supporting researchers’ careers to exchange knowledge, build capacity, and contribute to strengthening research ecosystems across Europe.
Part of the CROSS project
The ResearchComp CoP was created under the CROSS project. This is a Horizon Europe project which aims to support researchers at all career stages in developing skills for diverse career paths beyond academia.
Why join?
Participation in the CoP provides direct access to initiatives currently being developed within CROSS. For example, a career support toolbox, including a self-assessment tool, training, mentoring services and the mapping of career options. The CoP offers resources and tools that can significantly enhance the services you provide to researchers.
How to join?
The ResearchComp CoP is hosted within the EntreComp Community platform.
