Nuffic has examined employers’ attitudes towards hiring international graduates in the Netherlands and published a report on the findings. The study was based on a questionnaire completed by hundreds of employers, as well as additional interviews and group discussions with 34 employers.

- Employers see more advantages than disadvantages in hiring international graduates.
- Diversity is cited as the most important advantage, along with personal qualities, specialized knowledge, and innovation.
- For international graduates with a Dutch degree, the quality of the education and familiarity with Dutch society and culture are seen as additional advantages.
