The EURAXESS CP Team invites you to an online peer support workshop on the 2nd of July. Together with you, they want to explore the gender-related hurdles faced in diverse and multicultural research environments.

Thematic breakout sessions: choose one or introduce a new topic

What themes are you most interested in? When registering, you can choose a topic, or introduce a new one if none of the suggested topics is of interest to you. The suggested topics are:

• Balancing acts: juggling careers, cultures & care (work life balance)
• Lab coats & lecture halls: gender across disciplines (STEM vs SS)
• Crossing borders, facing barriers: gender in global research (different cultureal invironment)
• Climbing the ladder: who gets to rise? (challenges in career progression)
• Invisible achievements: who gets the spotlight? (taking credit for achievements)
