Building a career development programme for international researchers

Since September 2023, the EURAXESS Service Centre at the University of Strasbourg has been developing a career programme to support international researchers at all stages of their careers and professional transitions. This programme is a result of the Research Careers in Academia Hub (REBECA).

This study visit will focus on the practices and strategies implemented at the University of Strasbourg, showcasing the services, tools, and initiatives designed to assist researchers in navigating both academic and non-academic career paths.

Participants will have the opportunity to exchange best practices, share experiences, and discuss innovative approaches from their respective institutions. Through collective reflection, the visit aims to foster continuous improvement in career development programmes and services across institutions.
