Group Study Visit at Institut Pasteur, France

Empowering scientists through effective career development and inclusion

The Institut Pasteur will showcase its policies and initiatives led by the Career Development Service (CARE) and the Department of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). These two departments work in close collaboration, fostering human and career diversity through a holistic and integrated approach.

Participating institutions will also share their initiatives in these areas, contributing to a broader exchange of best practices. 

Through group discussions, participants will explore shared challenges and obstacles, using collective intelligence to identify solutions to common issues faced by research institutions, particularly those affecting early-career researchers (R1 and R2: PhD students and postdoctoral fellows).
